Coaching
Identity development and personal leadership
for people who feel it is time for the next step
Coaching at Nest of Kin focuses on identity development and (personal) leadership. You'll learn to understand yourself better, in relation to others and the world around you. You'll be creatively challenged to reflect, feel, play, think, and act.
At Nest of Kin, I help you (re)discover your own path. Not by telling you how to do things, but by giving you space to discover what you (perhaps) already know, but haven't quite dared to do yet.
You feel like something needs to change, but what exactly? Or you already know what needs to change,
but something's holding you back.
You no longer want to be stuck – instead you want to continue to grow into your authentic self.
To discover who you are, what you value and how you can shape your place in the world.
I can offer you the following forms of coaching, which fall within my scope of practice.

Life Coaching
Life can sometimes be challenging and questions can arise around subjects such as: work, relationships, health or illness, making choices, finding direction, wanting to make an impact, seeking peace, or rediscovering oneself. Whether you're stuck or want to move forward – you don't have to figure all it out on your own. Nest of Kin can support you in many ways with: - Finding answers to your questions, wuch as: Where in life are you now? Where do you want to go? What do you need to get there? - Exploring your patterns, desires, and motivations - Working with your head, heart and hands - Developing a proactive, self-confident attitude - Filling a backpack with tools to take on your life's journey The goal isn't to be or become "perfect," but to truly connect with yourself. To connect more deeply with what's important to you. To feel more joy in and with what you do. To experience more control over the choices you make and over what you can influence. Life coaching at Nest of Kin is experiential. This means not just talking about things, but also feeling, doing, and experiencing them. This can be done in nature, using creative tools, and/or through playful exercises that engage your intuition and imagination.

Leadership coaching
True leadership starts from within. Not by exerting control or meeting others' expectations— but by daring to feel, choose, and act in alignment with your values and inner wisdom, combined with what needs to happen professionally. Leadership coaching at Nest of Kin is for people who: want to make an impact without losing themselves want to lead in a way that suits their personality seek a balance between decisiveness and sensitivity want to take up space with greater clarity, confidence, and calm question the classic image of "the leader"—and want to reshape it, in their own way Together, we examine your patterns, strengths, beliefs, and blind spots. We work with what's present now. Your head, heart, and body all have a voice. Sometimes in nature, sometimes with creative work methods—always tailored to you. Leadership coaching can be part of an individual program, but can also serve as an entry point into larger questions surrounding team dynamics or organizational development. Are you – as a leader, team, or organization – looking for guidance in a larger change process? Then check out our [Consultancy] services – where we work together to create vision, structure, and meaningful change within an organization. Curious about leadership coaching? Child and youth coaching
Children and adolescents' questions are actually not very different from those of adults. They, too, come to me with questions about: Low self-confidence or uncertainty about their self-image Anxiety in social interactions, for example, in friendships, when going out, or in social situations Coping with a new situation such as divorce, grief, illness, or at school Coping with physical limitations or chronic illness Dealing with emotions, such as aggression, grief, fear, insecurity, or power Lack of resilience or assertiveness Lack of a clear direction Bullying or being bullied Fear of failure in social situations or at school High sensitivity or overly sensitive to stimuli Thinking slightly more complexly than peers Stress or anxiety-related complaints Planning problems or difficulty with time management Depression or motivational problems Limiting beliefs Attachment issues Learning disabilities Fear of dogs

Animal and nature-assisted coaching
Nature is a non-judgmental mirror, a source of inspiration. Coaching in or with nature helps you connect, literally and figuratively, with yourself and the world around you. You detach from thinking; it brings you into the present moment. You experience your body, your feelings, and your place in the bigger picture just a little more than in a busy (city) environment. Trees and animals don't judge. Air and water create space. The seasons reflect your rhythm. In nature-supported sessions, we use: everything that is offered to us outdoors: - natural metaphors - rituals and symbolism linked to our natural systems - working methods that connect you with what is around you - the healing effect of slowing down and sensory experience - what we can learn from how other animals communicate, live, and survive I always work with what is there; not with what we expect from nature or other animals.
